Hired these guys from Thumbtack. They installed a new unit about 5-6 months ago. We tried to reprogram the external key pad with no luck. I called them up and they immediately knew who I was and sent a tech the next day who replaced the key pad and we were back in business quickly. This is an updated review from a previous 3-star. They went above and beyond which warranted an update. Thank you guys!!!!
