Also, he didn’t replace the lightbulb with the one from the system he had replaced. It was working perfectly. I called. He told me to go myself and replace the lightbulb. He told me I could use any kind of lightbulb and when I looked online, in fact, it cannot be any kind of lightbulb. It cannot be an LED. It has to be a specific kind of lightbulb.

I’m thinking that because this was a choice warranty contracted company maybe they’re not as efficient as they normally would be I don’t know, but I wasn’t happy when I was told that I had to go get another lightbulb when the one that was in the existing unit was perfectly fine. He should have said I’ll come out and replace it. However, he told me to go buy another one and do it myself.

Then, Joey also opens his availability on the weekends and holidays! It was so incredible and made our life easier! Besides, I really appreciate Joey’s professional service. He called me 30 minutes before arriving at our place and immediately figured out the issue with our garage door. Most importantly, he gave us comfortable options to repair the garage door!
