Two new LiftMaster 6580L belt drive openers (1 HP, DC motor) with a built-in camera, dual LED lighting, battery backup and Wi-Fi
New torsion springs on both doors (four springs total)
Four new lift cables
A wireless outdoor keypad for entry without a remote

Springs and Cables on Both Doors

New openers only work as well as the doors they lift. Arthur replaced the torsion springs and cables on both doors, then balanced and adjusted each door so the new belt drive openers run smoothly and quietly.

The Result

Both doors are balanced, safe and quiet, with smart openers the homeowner can control and monitor from his phone. A battery backup keeps the doors working during a power outage.
