Garage Door Services
Last updated: 01.01.2026 These Terms & Conditions govern all garage door installation, repair, maintenance, and related services provided by Triple A Garage Door inc. By scheduling service, approving an estimate, or making any payment, the customer (“Client,” “you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
These Terms apply to all services approved online, by estimate approval,
payment, or scheduling through Workiz or any other booking method.
Estimates & Scope of Work
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection or information provided by the customer. Any additional labor, parts, or unforeseen conditions discovered during service may result in price adjustments, subject to customer approval.
Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit may be required to secure scheduled service or special orders.
Standard service appointments may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Failure to cancel and technician arrival with no service rendered may result in a No-Show / Missed Appointment Fee of $50.
Custom & Special Orders (No Refund Policy)
All custom, special-order, non-standard size, or specially manufactured doors, parts, or materials are non-refundable and non-cancelable once ordered, regardless of installation status.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods & Fees:
Cash / Check / Zelle – No additional fee
Credit or Debit Card – 3.5% processing fee
Bank Transfer (ACH) – No fee
Additional payment options such as Buy Now, Pay Later may be available. Please ask your technician
Buy Now, Pay Later Disclaimer
Buy Now, Pay Later services are offered through third-party financial providers. The Company is not responsible for approval decisions, interest rates, late fees, penalties, or any charges imposed by the financing provider. All financing terms are strictly between the customer and the third-party provider.
Returned / Bounced Checks
In the event a check is returned or declined for any reason, the customer is responsible for all associated bank fees, processing fees, and additional charges. Payment must be replaced immediately with an approved payment method.
Access, Safety & Work Area Preparation
The
customer is responsible for ensuring:
Clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the garage and work area.
Driveway access available for service vehicles.
Removal of vehicles, personal items, and obstacles
During winter or adverse weather conditions, the driveway and access area must be cleared of snow and ice.
If access is unsafe or obstructed upon arrival, service may be delayed, rescheduled, and additional charges may apply for wait time or necessary clearing.
Children, Pets & Safety
For safety reasons, all children and pets must be kept away from the work area during service. The Company is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to maintain a safe environment.
Existing Conditions & Property Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Structural issues
Aged or deteriorated doors, tracks, framing, or hardware
Cosmetic damage resulting from normal installation or repair work
Work is performed based on existing conditions and structural integrity.
Electrical & Structural Responsibility
The Company is not responsible for:
Faulty or non-code-compliant electrical wiring or outlets
Structural deficiencies, uneven surfaces, or framing issues
Electrical failures unrelated to installed components
Any required electrical or structural corrections are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty & Limitations
Any workmanship warranty provided applies only to the work performed by the Company and does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or abuse.
Acts of nature.
Modifications by third parties.
Manufacturer warranties apply only to covered parts , and are subject to manufacturer terms.
Promotions, Discounts & Coupons
The Company may offer promotions, discounts, coupons, or special offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to change, modification, or cancellation at any time without prior notice.
Only one promotion, discount, coupon, or gift certificate may be applied per service call. Multiple offers may not be combined.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all promotions and coupons are valid for one-time use only and may be limited to one per household.
Promotions apply to standard residential services only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for commercial properties, specialty systems, custom work, after-hours service, or out-of-area locations.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline any promotion or discount and to modify or terminate any promotion at any time.
Promotions have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Disposal of Old Materials
Removal and disposal of old doors, parts, or materials are included only if specifically stated in the estimate. Additional disposal fees may apply.
Permits & HOA
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits, HOA approvals, or access permissions.
Non-Payment
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of warranty coverage, invoicing, collection actions, or additional fees as permitted by law.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services properly rendered and authorized under these Terms. In the event a chargeback or dispute is filed, Client may be responsible for any related collection, administrative, and legal costs, as permitted by law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Acceptance of Terms
By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or making payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
